Education
The office of Dr. Gregory Lowe, audiologist, offers the latest technology for hearing testing and hearing aid fittings. Dr. Lowe has been serving the tri-state area since 1979, and has extensive experience with all types of hearing impairment.
Dr. Lowe completed his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at Indiana University in 1973. He developed an interest in the auditory system while studying Psychology. He received his Master's Degree in Audiology from Ball State University in 1975. He completed his Doctorate in Audiology at Purdue University in 1979. Dr. Lowe completed the coursework for a second Doctorate in Audiology from the Arizona School of Health Sciences in the Fall of 2001 and is the only audiologist in the tri-state area with two doctorates.
Dr. Lowe has served on the professional doctorate advisory board at Ball State University. Ball State University now offers a professional doctorate in Audiology. He has also served as a board member of the Indiana Academy of Audiology. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, and the Academy of Dispensing Audiologists. Other memberships include the Indiana Speech and Hearing Association, the American Speech-Language, and Hearing Association, the American Auditory Society, and the International Society for Audiology. He is also a member of the Anthony Wayne Rotary Club.
